I. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mars by GHC platform, operated by TGHCO Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any services provided through our platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

II. Modification of Terms

TGHCO Inc reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

III. Description of Services

Mars by GHC is a technology platform that facilitates access to telehealth services, including but not limited to: health information gathering, appointment scheduling, prescription coordination, and communication with licensed healthcare providers. Mars by GHC itself does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatments. All medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with our medical partner network.

IV. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) reside in a jurisdiction where our Services are available; (c) have access to compatible technology, including internet access and a device capable of supporting our platform; and (d) provide accurate and complete information during registration.

V. Service Availability

Our Services are currently available only in select regions. Availability may change without notice. Please contact our customer service team at support@marsghc.com to confirm whether Services are available in your area.

VI. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach; and (d) accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

VII. Your Responsibilities and Acknowledgments

By using our Services, you acknowledge that: (a) the platform is not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care; (b) you will provide truthful and complete health information; (c) you will follow your provider's instructions and report any adverse reactions; (d) certain medications may be compounded and are prescribed at the discretion of your provider; and (e) individual results may vary.

VIII. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to our Services, you authorize TGHCO Inc to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. All fees are described on our platform and may be updated with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

IX. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Mars by GHC platform are owned by or licensed to TGHCO Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

X. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TGHCO Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

XI. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. XII. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
