1. Subscription Services
Mars by GHC operates on a subscription basis. Your membership begins upon completion of your intake form and initial consultation. The first month's subscription fee is charged immediately upon enrollment.
Your subscription includes:
- Access to a licensed healthcare provider
- Personalized treatment plan
- Prescribed medications (as determined by your provider)
- Ongoing care support and communication
- Access to the patient portal

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or through your patient portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to services through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is processed.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled as follows:
- Medical Disqualification: If you are deemed medically ineligible for treatment by your provider, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
- Voluntary Cancellation: Cancellations initiated by the patient for reasons other than medical disqualification are not eligible for a refund. Services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
- Medications: Due to health and safety regulations, our pharmacy partners cannot accept returned medications. No refunds will be issued for dispensed medications.
- Refund Limitations: Any applicable refund is limited to the most recent billing cycle only.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you receive damaged or incorrect medications:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost

Your single subscription fee covers all aspects of your care, including provider consultations, prescribed medications, pharmacy services, and ongoing support. Your healthcare provider retains full discretion over treatment eligibility and medication selection based on your individual health profile.
