We collect personal information from the following sources:

- From third parties including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and payment processors
This does not include publicly available information or data that has been de-identified or aggregated.

Sensitive personal information we may collect includes:
- Social Security numbers (for identity verification if required)

- Racial or ethnic origin (if voluntarily provided)

Sensitive personal information is used only for purposes permitted by the CPRA, primarily for providing our healthcare services.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit requests by emailing support@marsghc.com or through your patient portal. We will verify your identity before processing requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
9. Response Timing
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If additional time is needed, we may extend the response period by up to 45 additional days with notice. There is no fee for processing your request unless it is excessive or repetitive.
10. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not: deny you services, charge different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest any such treatment as a result of exercising your rights.
11. Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to amend this supplemental notice at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our platform.
