Very bad dilevery experience
My order not delivered
I ordered a product whose packaging is in orange colour which is beard growth serum but what i recieved is this minoxidil solution and when i call customer care regarding this they reply me the new packaging has been changed for your product as no serum word is written on the packet and for this i request them to return the product but they reply me i am sorry we didnt return your product and send me return policy for this

Let’s get to the main point, they sent me out for delivery texts for 2-3 days along with their delivery agent’s contant number. Each day different agent. But they never called even though i tried to call them several times and also tried to text them on whatsap but they refused to attend my call and also to give me a reply. I tried to call their Dc manager but he always keeps his phone switch off. I mailed to customer care they always send a same copy paste text “we are coordinating with team to arrange my delivery”. Their fault and they daily update in their system undelivered, at last they updated with ofd lock. This is a very third class service.
