Penis ulcers

Penis ulcers are genital ulcers that could occur anywhere throughout the groin area damaging the scrotum to as deep as to touch the testicles, vulva, penile shaft, perianal region, penile glans, or anus.

Granuloma inguinale

Granuloma inguinale is a bacterial disease caused by Klebsiella granulomatis characterized by genital ulcers.

Syphilis

A bacterial infection is usually spread by sexual contact that starts as painless sores which show up as genital sores or genital ulcers.

HIV

Chronic penis ulcers are observed to be the first manifestation of HIV infection. 

HIV is the first segment in HIV/AIDS also called Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV), Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome(AIDS) is considered a familiar repulsive monster in mankind born on its own. HIV causes AIDS and gets involved with the body's ability to fight infections.

The virus can be transmitted through contact with infected blood, semen or vaginal fluids, blood products (unclean needles or unscreened blood), and penile intercourse in unprotected vaginal, anal or oral sex.

Penile cancer
